Question #1: What are your minimums?

Question # 2: What would be my freight charges?
Answer #2: Our shipping varies between 7% - 10% of the total value of the order. The percentage depends on distance from Stamford, CT. In the event that you are buying below the minimum there will be a minimum charge of $15 applied. If the actual freight is over $10, the percentage rule will apply.
Question # 3: Do you have a COD charge?
Answer # 3: We apply $9.00 per box for COD orders (we recommend that you do not ship your products COD as it is not cost effective for you).
Question # 4: What is your return policy?
Answer # 4: Malabar Bay will only accept returns or damages within 2 weeks (14 days) of receipt of goods. Any complaints between the 15th day to the 30th day of receipt of goods will be posted as a credit on the account. No monitory refund or replacement will be made after the 14th day or receipt. Broken zippers will be guaranteed for the life of the product. A replacement will be shipped at no cost once Malabar Bay has received the defective product at our Stamford warehouse (product has to be shipped at the customers cost).
Question # 4: How do I get a User Name and Password to view New Intros and Malabar Finds?
Answer # 4: Please call 203.359.9714 between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm (EST). You must be a licensed retailer with a resale certificate.
