At Malabar Bay, we love our customers and have a very consistant group of repeat "friends" that buy our product. We have no desire to have you own our products unless you absolutely love what you are wearing and look good in it. Our return policy is the following:
Within 15 days of your purchase, should you change your mind about your Malabar Bay purchase, you may return it to Malabar Bay, LLC, 1127 High Ridge Road # 159, Stamford, CT., 06905. You can call or email us and let us know you are sending the product back so that we can look out for it. Please make sure that the product is accompanied with its original packaging and is in good shape so that we can give you a full refund for the value of the product, shipping will not be refunded.
We check each piece before it leaves our shipping department. However, we stand behind our product and most certainly want "happy customers". In the event that your product is defective or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either issue you a call tag for the product or ask you to ship it back to us at our expense. We will promptly replace the product at our expense and do our best to minimize your inconvienence.
Should you have bought any of our products for yourself or as a gift. If your purchase does not fit for whatever reason. Please email us at email@example.com and we will issue you an RA to send the product back to us. Please ship the product back to Malabar Bay, LLC, 1127 High Ridge Road # 159, Stamford, CT., 06905. The product must be accompanied with it's original packaging. Once we recieve the product back, we will promptly replace the correct sized item and ship it back to you or the recipient of your gift at our expense.
We want you to feel comfortable owning our products and purchasing from us. Please rest assured that we will do our best to stand behind our products and live up to your expectations.
